I can’t believe how easy the Zojirushi bread machine is to use. I’ve had it about 5 years and use it several times a month. It still functions perfectly and makes wonderful bread every time. It makes a large, tall loaf that’s perfect for slicing and sandwiches. The programming is straightforward with lots of options and you can even program custom cycles for your own recipes! The nonstick coating makes the loaf easy to remove from the pan, which is very easy to clean, usually just needing a quick rinse.

I love the way this machine operates, particularly that it gives you an option of preparing bread and dough quickly or in a traditonal manner. I have never had a bread machine that preheats the ingredients and this may be a factor in the success of the Zojirushi bread machine, along with the fact that it has two paddles to mix the ingredients rather than the usual one.
